Daria grew up on a tiny island in the Pacific Ocean, in Russia’s Far East. Her career path started after getting a Master’s degree in Linguistics, she started working as an office manager for a major Financial News agency in Moscow. She then was transferred to San Francisco, and a few years later she got married and moved to the Mediterranean coast of Spain, where she is based to this day.
Daria was trying to lose weight for decades, by dieting, by starving herself, and by the daily use of cardio machines. Until she figured out that the hamster wheel of keeping the calorie deficit score would never allow her to enjoy life, that’s when she started looking to Nature and human evolution for all the answers.
Her physical transformation led her to start living in her truth: she got certified as a health coach, became the editor of a paleo movement company, left her office job, got a divorce, and turned her life around.
