Affiliate Agreement

By submitting your application you agree to the following:

This Agreement is made between The Bright Academy, The Conscious Company ("Company") and the registered Affiliate ("Affiliate").

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Affiliate will promote and sell products or services provided by the Company, in exchange for a commission on sales.

2. Affiliate Obligations

a. Affiliate agrees to promote the Company's products or services in accordance with the Company's guidelines. b. Affiliate shall not make any false or misleading statements about the Company’s products or services. c. Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Commission Structure

a. Affiliate will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link or code. b. Commission rates will be as specified in the Affiliate's individual commission schedule.

4. Payment Terms

a. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis. b. Payments will be made via [payment method], subject to a minimum earnings threshold.

5. Intellectual Property

a. The Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use trademarks and logos provided by the Company for the purpose of this Agreement. b. Affiliate shall not modify or alter any provided materials without the Company’s prior written consent.

6. Term and Termination

a. This Agreement shall commence upon acceptance and continue until terminated by either party. b. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.

7. Confidentiality

Affiliate agrees not to disclose any confidential information pertaining to the Company’s business operations or customer data.

8. Indemnification

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement.

10. Miscellaneous

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. b. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. c. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
